Glow Advice is a digital consultation platform for aesthetic dermatology. It guides patients through a structured medical intake, enables them to upload relevant images, and integrates secure payment before a case is submitted for professional review.
The platform connects this patient journey with an internal workspace for physicians and assistants. Medical staff can review incoming cases, prepare individual recommendations, and manage the consultation process from submission through completion.

Role-specific access
Patients sign in with their phone number and a one-time SMS code, removing the need to create or remember a password. Medical staff use email-and-password login for access to the internal case-management workspace.

Guided medical intake
A six-step form collects treatment interests, previous treatments, relevant medical history, personal goals, insurance type, and supporting images in a clear, approachable flow.
Patients can choose a preferred physician or leave the assignment open. In that case, the platform automatically assigns the request to an available physician whose expertise matches the selected treatment interests.

Secure payment and case submission
Stripe-powered payments are embedded directly into the consultation process. Once payment is confirmed, the patient’s information and images are securely uploaded and the case is created.

Internal case-management dashboard
Physicians and assistants can review incoming patient data, treatment interests, medical history, and submitted images in one place. They can then compose an individual response with a treatment plan, expected number of treatments, and estimated costs. Completed recommendations can be exported as PDFs by physicians and assistants.

Digital delivery of recommendations
Once medical staff complete a case, patients receive an email notification and can view their personalised recommendation, suggested next steps, treatment estimate, and assigned physician in the platform.
